FLATS LOOK PRETTY GOOD. LETTERS? MEH.
Summer continues to roll on, as summers will do. No dramatic changes, except delivery continues to be a little slower than earlier in the summer. Let’s hope this trend doesn’t continue into the fall.
Flats, however, continue to outperform in both First-Class and Marketing Mail. They are definitively better than a year ago. One important change that is ongoing with flats is the retiring of FSS systems across the country. Is this actually speeding up flats, or just making the measurement look better?
