Leveraging the new capabilities of Informed Visibility®

Beginning in March, SnailWorks Mail Tracking becomes Visibility+™, incorporating the advanced new capabilities provided by the Postal Service’s Informed Visibility®. With its new Informed Visibility (IV) platform, the Postal Service has greatly enhanced the stability and available data for following mail through postal operations. Visibility+ is still awaiting some final data enhancements from USPS, but here’s some of what you can expect:

• Tracking for pallets and trays – oversee your logistics;
• Earlier visibility as mail travels;
• Earlier trigger points for email and other channels;
• Greatly improved flats tracking;
• Enhanced inbound tracking – even track preprinted BRE’s individually.

Of course, you will continue to enjoy all of the advanced features that have made SnailWorks Mail Tracking so popular:

• Intuitive client facing reports;
• Proactive reporting – your clients don’t need to sign in – we’ll send the reports to them!
• YourMail™ simplified proactive reports;
• API and web services calls to interface to your CRM or production management systems;
• OneStep Streamlined job creation using your MID, our MID, or your client’s MID.

Visibility+ is still SnailWorks Mail Tracking – it’s just been improved!
