BAD WEATHER ACROSS THE SOUTH TAKES ITS TOLL
Another rough week for First-Class mail, particularly across the south. We’ll chalk it up to bad weather. Kentucky and Georgia stood out, with Kansas and Missouri somehow in the mix. On-time percentage was similar to the prior week, but days to delivery grew.
Marketing Mail letters performed a little more evenly than First-Class, but there’s a lot less postal transportation involved.
We’ll give them a snow day, I guess. Weather seems OK this week.
