IT IS STILL SUMMER. NOT A LOT TO SHOUT ABOUT.
Nothing has moved much since last week, which is generally good.
First-Class flats actually beat YTD, with 68.9% on time, not a figure we should ever celebrate, but OK given recent history.
Service seemed acceptable at all SCF facilities – no backlogs appearing. The worst this week was NY, NY, with FC letters delivered there taking a bit over 6 days. Doesn’t seem to represent a trend, but someone has to be slowest.
