Wow, what a week the Postal Service had! Service performance well over 90% in every category we measure. Maybe the employees saw those videos at the National Postal Forum and said, “Oh. That’s what we’re supposed to be doing.” A more likely explanation is that all the suits were off partying at NPF, and the employees could just focus on getting their job done.
Whatever the reason, congratulations to USPS for a spectacular week.
One side note, is that sampling for First-Class flats was very small, so we can’t guarantee a trend here…
