JUST DON’T MAIL FLATS, AND YOUR SERVICE WILL BE OK

I’ll avoid too much commentary and let flats performance speak for itself.  I checked the data – nice sample size, well-dispersed.  Terrible performance.  You can read numbers. 

Otherwise – pretty good!
