MAIL DELIVERY RETURNS TO THE MEAN, SHOWING STRONG RECOVERY
After a troubling performance in the last week of December, service performance in all measured categories showed marked improvement in the first week of 2023. Most categories were running better than their annual averages for on-time performance and shorter in-transit days.
All areas showed improvement for the week as well. All in all, we saw across the board improvement across classes and areas. We hope these number hold and continue to improve.
