Email Deliverability Issues were experienced by clients that use Office365 as their email host

Situation:

Without explanation Office365 has elected to quarantine many of our transactional emails. We are working directly with Microsoft to correct the issue. We apologize for the inconvenience. ONLY clients who use Office365 for their email hosting solution are affected.

The Remedy:

Unfortunately, our clients' Email Admins will have to sign-in to their Office 365 Admin account. Go to the Exchange Admin tool. Go to Quarantine section. Do the following:
1. Select one or emails to release (select up to 100 at once).
2. Click the Release menu item at the top.
3. Check the Submit to Microsoft to improve detection.
4. Press Release at the bottom.
