Yeah, yeah – your mail got delivered – of course we can track that. We can even use that to trigger an email…or a phone call…or more mail.  That’s old news.  What’s really cool about SnailWorks is how many different response channels we can track for you.  Response – that’s what your clients care about. How many ways can a prospect respond to a campaign? Well, they can mail in a reply; they can go to a web site; they can call…wait!  Let’s start counting!  These are all responses you can track from your SnailWorks dashboard:

  1. Type in a web page. That’s our bread and butter – if they visit, if they convert it’s there.
  2. Type in a PURL. We’ll tell you exactly who they were, when they visited, if they converted, and more.
  3. Scan a QR code. Don’t dismiss the humble QR code – with the right offer it’s still a great way to link your mail to mobile.
  4. Put a check in the mail. If it’s in the mail – outbound or inbound – we know about it. We can track exactly who has mailed in a response and you can get it on the dashboard.
  5. Call an 800 number. Amazing! You can talk into your phone! Some people still do. Yup – we do that: We can give you a toll free or a local number. We track who called, when, how long – we even record the call so you can hear how your staff is doing – all from the SnailWorks dashboard.
  6. Click on a banner ad. Are web banner ads part of your campaign? There are a lot of cool ways to deploy them these days – retargeting, IP targeting, you can even put them on your home page. Wherever they may be, if they are clicked on, we’ll know it. You’ll know what ads were click, and when. All on your SnailWorks dashboard. Wow, you need to get yourself one of those dashboards!
  7. Click on an email link. Same idea as a PURL, but less, well, PURLy looking. But when your prospect clicks on that link in your email we know exactly who they are, and you can learn about them on your dashboard.
  8. Click on a social media posting. You can bury one of our snaily.me links behind your social media postings and you can see exactly how many people clicked on each post – and if they convert you’ll know. If they went to your landing page of course you’ll see that, but we track them even if they just go to another site.
  9. Watch a video. Video is an incredibly effective marketing tool – and never easier to make. We can host one on your landing page – and track anyone who watches it.
  10. Visit your store. Maybe they just need to come see you. Fantastic! We’ll give them their own coupon on their smart phone or they can print it out. When your staff member scans it – we’ve got them tracked!

We could probably keep going – there are a lot of ways to measure success, and SnailWorks can put them all on one page. We even included one of our dashboards below.  Just at a glance I can see that:

  • 9 people called our toll free number
  • 3 people sent in the BRC we enclosed
  • 21 people clicked on our Lined In posts
  • 11 people clicked on our Facebook posts
  • 3 people shared our email
  • 9 people downloaded a PDF we had posted
  • 7 people watched our video
