MAIL DELIVERY HOLDS ON TO STRONG PERFORMANCE
In most categories, on-time performance held steady with last week’s excellent performance. The only exception was First-Class Flats, which dipped to an on-time percentage of 81%. It was a fairly small sample of flats, so we’re reserving judgement on whether that means anything.
It is worth keeping in mind that in 2022 First-Class Flats’ performance was terrible through January and the first part of February, with many pieces late by 5 or more days. So, let’s keep an eye on that. Otherwise, performance is solid.
