OH, THE WEATHER OUTSIDE WAS FRIGHTFUL…
We’re not going to sugar-coat it – on-time performance was rough last week. The last week before Christmas is traditionally slow, and a “one-in-a-generation” weather emergency covered much of the country. Given that…not so bad. In fact, in most categories this year outperformed the same week last year. So, we’ll grant USPS a conditional pat on the back!
