SnailWorks Plans its First User Conference at NPF
February 21, 2019   Dave Lewis

It’s official!  SnailWorks will be hosting its first SnailWorks Users’ Conference, “Inside the Shell,” at the National Postal Forum in Indianapolis.  Our conference will be the afternoon and evening of May 6, and will include a food and drinks co-sponsored by MCS Inc. after the educational sessions. While details are still being worked out, we expect the conference to have two tracks.  The first, limited exclusively to active SnailWorks users, will be a deep dive into advanced reporting capabilities in the system, and your opportunity to share what you want to see in SnailWorks – whether its new reports or new capabilities, you will have the SnailWorks development team at your service.  It will also be a great opportunity to meet other SnailWorks users, and find out how they leverage SnailWorks to make their companies more effective. The second track will be a more general discussion about mail tracking and multi-channel marketing, including creating Informed Delivery campaigns, as well as best practices.  While not limited to SnailWorks users, there will still be a lot of valuable information and exchange of ideas at this session. One final session will be for all participants to review the upcoming Informed Delivery promotion from USPS, and exactly how you can participate. We’ll also have door prizes, handouts – it will be a multi-channel day to remember! Followed by drinks and food, what could be better? Stay tuned for details on the conference, but do plan to go to the National Postal Forum in Indianapolis May 5 – 8, 2019.  We’ll keep the details coming as the date approaches.
